Petras Apostolic Training Hub empowers believers through worship gatherings, leadership training, and prophetic outreach. From the Red Barn Initiative to the Golden Paperclip and Rolling With Favor, truck stop ministries, each project is designed to equip the remnant, release Kingdom purpose, and cultivate God’s presence in homes, highways, and hubs.
The Golden Paperclip Outreach
A prophetic ministry birthed through vision and intercession, the Golden Paperclip Outreach partners with Rolling With Favor Ministries to minister at truck stops and rest areas across America. Through prayer, encouragement, and Spirit-led conversation, the team reaches truck drivers and travelers with the love and power of Christ. Branded cards with a golden paperclip and prayer line serve as symbolic invitations to connect with God’s covenant and seek help when needed.
Led by CeCe Harvey-Williams, this mobile ministry team travels the highways to meet people where they are—offering prayer, worship, and evangelism at rest stops and truck stops. With a heart for the “road family” that keeps America moving, Rolling With Favor builds bridges between the practical and the prophetic, releasing hope in places others overlook.
PATH is an equipping and sending center for emerging leaders, fivefold ministers, and Kingdom reformers. Through structured teaching, online training, in-person intensives, and prophetic impartation, PATH raises up mature believers who walk in authority, wisdom, and truth. The curriculum covers topics such as spiritual identity, Kingdom justice, the gifts of the Spirit, and the governmental structure of the Church.
Pinnacle Worship is a Spirit-led worship ministry devoted to creating atmospheres where the glory of God dwells. It serves as the worship training and creative expression branch of PATH, offering conductor training, worship intensives, and prophetic music production. With a focus on frequency, flow, and presence, Pinnacle Worship equips worshippers to ascend and lead others into deeper encounters with God.
Mountain Moving Press is a faith-based publishing house that empowers Christian authors to share their message with clarity, excellence, and Kingdom impact. Through coaching, editing, design, and self-publishing services, MMP helps writers birth books that carry divine assignment. It also hosts the annual Words of Wisdom Writers Conference, providing training and networking for writers, pastors, and prophetic voices.

The Barn-to-Barn Initiative is more than a building project—it’s a prophetic movement to restore the presence of God to the center of our communities. Inspired by the Tabernacle of Moses and the encampment of Israel, these red barns will serve as modern-day Tents of Meeting: places of worship, training, deliverance, healing, and apostolic commissioning.
Our vision is to raise up a network of regional hubs—starting with our first flagship barn in Davenport, Florida. This initial site will house:
